Objective meditation facilitates our journey towards greater focus, achievement, and overall mastery of our greatest faculty—our minds. Through a science-based, results-driven meditation practice, our members have the opportunity to enhance their mental well-being and performance.

We have created a space in the heart of the DIFC for people to experience and practice objective meditation through guided classes or avail a serene space for self-guided meditation.
